How do I create a story?: Tap Create, describe your idea or pick options, choose characters, and StoryGlow generates an illustrated book in a minute or two.
What are tokens?: Tokens are used to generate books and lock character looks. You can buy token packs in the app; there's no subscription. A parent's approval is required before any purchase.
Is it safe for kids?: Yes — content is filtered for age-appropriateness, there are no third-party ads or trackers, and purchases sit behind a parental gate.
How do I get a refund?: Purchases are handled by Apple. Refund requests go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Where are my books stored?: On your device, and in your private iCloud if you enable sync. Delete the app to remove local data.
